We use a uniform, efficient file management and control system, including liability and damages summaries, diary follow-ups, and regular reports to clients. We handle cases as effectively as possible for our clients by assigning different tasks to appropriate personnel. All of our attorneys handle motor vehicle, slip and fall, and general liability cases. Members of our firm also regularly handle cases involving these issues:
· Educator professional misconduct;
· Social host liability;
· Lead paint poisoning;
· Worksite accidents (scaffolding, planks, skylights);
· Coverage (intentional acts, scope of coverage, pollution exclusion);

· Building and sanitary code violations.
We work with experts in product analysis, construction and engineering, as well as experts in all medical specialties. In addition to Insurance Defense, we handle a limited number of select subrogation claims, primarily involving defective products and building damage.
